SIGN ORDINANCE ENFORCEMENT
On August 28, 2012, the Town Board passed
Resolution #136-2012.
This resolution enforces the current Sign Ordinance under
Chapter #175-32 of the Town Code.
Effective on August 28, 2012, anyone placing or erecting signs
on any property in the Town of Lake George,
shall be required to obtain a Land Use & Development Permit
from the Code Enforcement Officer.
